We collect the following personal data:

• Account data: Email address, name, profile photo (Google login)
• Usage data: Created scripts, usage statistics, login timestamps
• Payment data: Processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

4. Third-Party Services

All US-based providers operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as you maintain an account with KRONX. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria: Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). In Germany: Federal Commissioner for Data Protection (bfdi.bund.de).

8. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse website usage. Data is transmitted to Google servers in the USA. IP addresses are anonymised. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To opt out: Disable Google Analytics. More info: policies.google.com/privacy

9. Cookies & Storage

KRONX uses technically necessary local storage (localStorage) for session management, and Google Analytics cookies for web analytics (see section 8). No advertising or tracking cookies are used beyond Google Analytics.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at kronx.app. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Service

KRONX is an AI-powered script generation tool for social media content creators, operated by Mihaly Ruzsics (Austria) and Ferenc Bakos (Germany). By using KRONX, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

KRONX offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Script credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. Prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at kronxhelp@gmail.com within 14 days of your subscription start date. Upon withdrawal, we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Note: By starting to use KRONX immediately after purchase, you expressly request early performance of the service. If you withdraw after using the service, we may charge a proportional amount for the service already provided (Art. 357 BGB / § 18 FAGG).

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use KRONX-generated scripts for your own content creation. You may not use KRONX to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Scripts generated by KRONX using your inputs are owned by you. KRONX retains all rights to its platform, design, and technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

KRONX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts will achieve specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Contact: kronxhelp@gmail.com
